H.O.P.E
(Help Other People Eat)

HOPE is Siddhi's Food and nutrition programme that is helping the urban poor, by providing subsidised nutritious meals while also generating employment opportunities for the unemployed. Over 2000 meals are distributed among the urban poor each day.

The programme also provides over 10,000 ration kits each month to the underprivileged and unemployed dwelling in slums and other remote regions of the country. Further, the program helps to reduce food wastage.

 

Siddhi Philanthropic Foundation's innovative Green HOPE food carts ensure the use of eco-friendly products.

Shakti

SHAKTI is Siddhi' Health and Sanitation Awareness Program for Underprivileged Women. Siddhi works with the underprivileged and high risk groups to educate them and make them self-reliant.

Siddhi provides them with sanitary kits, essentials and medical help. Over 2500 sanitary kits are distributed every month to women in need.

 

A sanitary pad production machine has been installed in Chandauli, U.P. that employs women from villages and provides sanitary pads in Rs 1/- to the district.

Open house चौपाल are conducted on a regular basis to interact with the girls and women to voice their concerns. This program aims at empowering women and girls to have happy and healthy lives.

Rural Development

In light of the ‘Transformation of Aspirational Districts’ program launched by the Honourable Prime Minister that aims to quickly and effectively transform some of the most underdeveloped districts of the country, Siddhi has been working in district Chandauli of U.P. for over 2 years.

 

Siddhi has adopted 25 villages in the Aspirational District of Chandauli.
