Refunds

Siddhi Philanthropic Foundation is a non-profit running a number of social impact programmes. Donors donate to Siddhi to contribute to the social impact programmes in the form of online donations and as such no refunds are applicable. 

 

In exceptional circumstances, if you believe you require a refund, please email the organisation at: info@siddhifoundation.org with your name, phone, payment ID, etc. Alternatively, please mail at: WZ-43D/11, Ground Floor, Possangipur Market, C2, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058.

Refund Processing Timeline

Incase a refund is issued, the same shall be processed within 3 - 5 working days. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your original method of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@siddhifoundation.org.

Cancellations

Donations made to Siddhi are not eligible for cancellation once initiated. For any further information, please contact us at info@siddhifoundation.org.
